The Bailide Green Building Cultural Experience Center project in Shenyang Shenfu Demonstration Zone demonstrates the practice of green building. It was built on an old industrial site by Chambroad Timber and Liaoning Bonard. The biomass modification technology used by Chambroad Timber is an innovative breakthrough in the properties of traditional wood. It not only effectively solves the problems of insufficient strength and easy deformation of wood, but also significantly improves the water resistance, corrosion resistance and dimensional stability of wood, making the application prospects of modified wood in the construction field broader, and also opens up new ways for the conservation and recycling of wood resources.
